This is the underside of a HobbyKing SK450 Dead Cat conversion upper frame with a custom PDB for LEDs constructed on it, to reduce wiring clutter in a build with LEDs on each arm. It is constructed from 6mm copper foil tape (it's very thin, sorry to mix units here but it's about 1.5 mils — not mm) and insulated with 10mm wide "Koptan" tape, a chinese Kapton clone.
