Just in case you missed it, real news is censored, everybody in a wide area was moved away, A No fly zone was erected, and Japan is actively acting to prevent release of the real numbers. Aside from adding an evacuation this is precisely what happened when the Deep Horizon well failed and BP began spraying epic quantities of dispersants in order to murder the Gulf. Or at least, that was the [obvious] end effect to sinking all that oil instead of sucking it up with already existing technology.
