Well, I looked for this one and didn't see it so here goes...
Supplies:1 deck cards, 1 empty bottle w/no cap
Place the empty bottle in the center of the playing area. Deal the full deck around the base of the bottle. Players sit around the bottle. Who goes first is decided by any mutually agreeable method. Pick card and follow the chart below...

| 3 | 3 drinks |
| 4 | 4 drinks |
| 5 | 5 drinks |
| 6 | give 1 drink to someone |
| 7 | give 2 drinks to someone |
| 8 | give 3 drinks to someone |
| 9 | give 4 drinks to someone |
| 10 | give 5 drinks to someone |
| J | make a rule. Rules are in effect until canceled or the last card is drawn, in which case the game ends. |
| Q | take as many drinks as there are players in the game ( or take a drink from everyone's glass ( incl. yours )). |
| K | balance the card on the mouth of the bottle in the center. If ANYONE knocks the kings down ANYTIME during the game, they finish their drink. |
